  • Correspondence from the registered email address.

AMATIP's decision regarding account ownership is final and binding.

3.3. Contributor Roles

AMATIP allows account owners to invite collaborators ("Contributors") to participate in projects or access specific account features. Contributors may perform various activities, including uploading Content, managing tasks, or interacting with integrated tools, based on the permissions granted by the account owner.

Account owners are fully accountable for the actions of their Contributors and must ensure that all activities align with these Terms. AMATIP is not liable for disputes arising between account owners and Contributors.

4. Use of Services

4.1. Permitted Use

AMATIP Digital Box provides Services designed to support lawful and ethical digital operations. By using the platform, you agree to:

  • Utilize the Services only for their intended purposes, such as managing tasks, collaborating on projects, improving productivity, enhancing personal branding, generating income through digital tools, hosting websites, providing cloud storage, securing data, and scaling businesses with expert guidance and resources.

    • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the platform without prior written authorization.
    • Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas of the platform.
  • Malware and Harmful Content:
    • Uploading or sharing Content containing viruses, malicious code, or other harmful elements that could damage or disrupt the platform or other Users' systems.
  • Spam and Phishing:
    • Exploiting the platform to engage in spamming, phishing, or other deceptive practices aimed at misleading or defrauding individuals.

AMATIP retains the right to investigate and take legal action against any User found to be in violation of these prohibited uses. Such actions may include account termination, reporting to legal authorities, or pursuing compensation for damages incurred.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

5.1. User Content

Users maintain full ownership of any Content they upload, create, or share while using AMATIP Digital Box. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, documents, and any other material generated by the User. By utilizing the platform, Users grant AMATIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display their Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.

  • Perform internal processes, such as backups and optimizations, to ensure reliable service delivery.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any Content they upload complies with applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property regulations. AMATIP reserves the right to remove or disable access to Content deemed to violate these terms or infringe on third-party rights.

5.2. AMATIP Intellectual Property

All elements of the AMATIP Digital Box platform—including but not limited to its design, features, software code, algorithms, trademarks, and brand identity—are the sole intellectual property of AMATIP. These elements are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

9.1. By User

  • Users will lose access to the platform and all associated features, tools, and Content.
  • Any fees paid prior to termination will not be refunded unless explicitly stated in Section 7.4 (Refund Policy).
  • Users remain responsible for any obligations accrued before the termination date, such as unpaid subscription fees or unresolved disputes.

It is the User's responsibility to back up any Content or data stored on the platform before terminating their account, as AMATIP will not guarantee data retrieval post-termination.

9.2. By AMATIP

  • Violation of Terms: Any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited uses or unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay subscription fees or resolve billing issues within the specified grace period.
  • Misuse of Platform: Use of the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or unlawful activities, or actions that harm AMATIP or other Users.

In such cases, AMATIP may:

  • Provide written notice to the User, outlining the reason for suspension or termination.
  • Retain certain data to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
  • Deny future access to the platform or its Services if the violation is deemed severe.

Users whose accounts are terminated by AMATIP may contact support@amatip.com for further clarification or to appeal the decision.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from the use of AMATIP Digital Box, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

This includes compliance with UK regulations related to digital services, intellectual property, privacy, and consumer rights. Users agree to abide by these laws when using the platform.

10.2. Dispute Resolution

  • Mediation: Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation facilitated by a neutral third party. Mediation is intended to be a less formal and cost-effective means of resolving disputes.

  • The updated Terms will include the “last updated” date to help Users identify recent modifications.

User Acceptance:

Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If Users do not agree to the revised Terms, they must discontinue use of the platform and may terminate their accounts in accordance with Section 9.
